Together we will prepare roasted chicken, it will be very well fried, crispy and ready for serving. We will need: hot water, paper towels, seasoning, salt, black pepper, olive oil for roasting. The recipe consists of: Preheat the grill. Remove the giblets from the cavity if you are using a whole chicken. Rinse the chicken under cold water. You will remove the water on the chicken with dry paper towels and season it, inside and out with salt and freshly black pepper. Place the chicken in a roasting pan or a grill with the skin side up. Rub with olive oil or pour the marinade over the chicken if you want. You have to fry the chicken uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or till the skin is golden brown and the meat is cooked. You have to use instant read meat thermometer year to check the chicken near the end of cooking. You test for doneness by cutting into the deepest part of the thigh. If the meat is no longer pink then the chicken it’s done. Lets the chicken to cool for 10 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
